Yes. The current signed Windows build is available now, with the version, signature, size and hash published for the exact file on the download page. An earlier build from the same installer pipeline (alpha.99) passed the pinned clean-machine install, first-launch, production-health and uninstall gate. It remains preview software, and a real signed version-to-version installation has not yet been claimed as verified.
No. Pro drift compare runs only when you submit a comparison. The free governance core remains local-first.
Your hosted Pro entitlement ends at the end of the paid period. The free local core continues to work.
Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment details. NorthGate receives verified billing events and updates the Pro entitlement bound to your signed-in account. VeriCommand never receives full card details.
