AI VeriCommand
Free local plugin
Govern the work. Keep the proof.
VeriCommand gives AI coding agents a shared local governance rail: scoped work packets, isolated workspaces, policy checks, verified signals, operator HOLD, and an evidence-backed return. The plugin is free to install and use.
Local first
Boards and governance records stay on your disk. The free plugin requires no VeriCommand account and does not send repository content or agent conversations to NorthGate.
Truth bounded
Missing evidence stays missing. The tools distinguish recorded state, observed process state, verification results, and claims that still need review.
Cross-agent
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Kimi, and other MCP-capable tools can work against the same operator-controlled board and record.
Operator controlled
Write and destructive tools are identified in their MCP annotations. Workspace verification runs only the checks committed by the operator.
Install from the public package
pip install flightdeck-connect
conductor-mcp
The public artifacts are available from PyPI, and the plugin wrapper and source are available in the VeriCommand plugin repository. The MCP server can also cold-boot through uv with uvx --from flightdeck-connect==0.5.3 conductor-mcp.
What the free plugin includes
- Packet creation, reading, dispatch, handoff, and evidence-bounded return.
- Sandbox worktree preparation, policy evaluation, committed verification, and clean release.
- Hash-chained signals, lane status, operator HOLD, liveness, prior-art, burn, and budget views.
- A local board panel and a next-valid-move Cue grounded in the board record.
